Refund & Return Policy

ASMPIRE complies with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and French consumer law regarding returns and refunds.

  • Return Period: Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.
  • Return Conditions:
    • Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging intact.
    • Hygiene, personalized, or perishable items are non-returnable.
  • Return Process: Contact support@asmpire.shop with your order number. Approved returns should be sent to the provided address.
  • Refunds: Processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact support immediately. Full replacement or refund will be provided at no extra cost.

Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: 2–4 business days after order confirmation.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Domestic (EU/France): 3–8 business days
    • International: 10–25 business days
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated per weight, method, and destination. Free shipping may apply above certain thresholds.
  • Tracking: Customers receive a tracking number for all shipments.
  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for applicable fees in their country.
